One of our goals at Spacetastic is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and that we can rectify any issues that arise promptly and efficiently. We ask that you carefully read through our Returns, Repairs, and Exchanges Policies before making any purchase to ensure that you are well informed. π
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and paid for.
- We only accept returns for defective, damaged or incorrect items.
- We do not accept returns for customized, embroidered or personalized items.Β
- We also cannot accept returns on the Travel Bottles Multi-Pack, sale items or gift cards.Β
RETURNS FORΒ DEFECTS, DAMAGES, AND/OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and/or time of receipt.
- Email usΒ withinΒ 48 hours atΒ hello@spacetastictravels.comΒ ifΒ your order is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Include photos and/or videos to help us verify the condition of the items.
- All returns must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- We will also need theΒ invoice or proof of purchase.
- Expect an email response from us within 24-48 hours detailingΒ next steps for the return process.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will cover for the costs associated with repairing the damaged items, included any courier fees involved in the process.
- We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know ifΒ any refund isΒ approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Β If more than 15 business days have passed since weβve approved your return, please contact us at hello@spacetastictravels.com.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE
- Spacetastic is something you can keep forever, or for as long as it lasts you. π With frequent use, it's natural for your Spacetastic to undergo some wear and tear. That's why we offer free repairs as part of our Spacetastic Guarantee.
- Included in our scope of repairs for wear and tear are the following: Packing Cubes (torn seams, binding, and zippers only), Cascading Toiletry Kit (zippers and elastic holsters only), Mesh Bag Small Pouch (zipper only), Fanny Pack (torn seams and binding only), and Laundry Sacks (torn seams only).
- The Travel Bottles Multi-Pack is excluded from this Lifetime Guarantee.
- Please note that we cannot repair or replace fabrics from limited edition collections.
- We also cannot guarantee the exact same materials or color as before, as these are subject to availability.
- To start a repair,Β email us atΒ hello@spacetastictravels.comΒ with photos showing proof of damages or issues. Expect an email response from us within 24-48 hours detailing next steps for the repair and return process.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Β Logistics costs incurred from and back to the customer will be shouldered by the customer. For reference, our drop off/pick up point is in Quezon City.
