What are my payment options? 
We use PayMongo as our main payment gateway. We allow payments through Credit or Debit Card (Visa or Mastercard), E-Wallets (GCash, GrabPay, Maya), Online Banking (BPI Online, Unionbank Online), and BillEase. 

Is it safe to transact with you through PayMongo? 
All transactions are secure and encrypted. Credit card information is never stored. 

Do you accept PayPal?

Do you accept cryptocurrencies like BTC or ETH?

What are your different shipping methods? 
We offer several shipping options within the Philippines:

Free Shipping with a minimum spend of ₱5,000

Client Pick Up (from Quezon City; Weekdays excluding holidays from 2-5 pm; 11 AM order cut-off) Free
Standard Shipping (Nationwide; 2-5 business days) Php 150
Same Day Delivery (NCR only; Weekdays excluding holidays; 11 AM order cut-off or shipped next day)

ORDERS

What is the leadtime for orders? 
It depends on whether or not your orders are on-hand and/or needs customization. For orders without embroidery, allow us 24-48 hours to fulfill your order. For orders with embroidery, allow us 7-14 days to fulfill your order.

How do I add embroidery to my orders?
We came up with a detailed how-to here. Note that we can only embroider packing cubes, cascading toiletry kits, and mesh bags for now.

My discount code isn't working - HELP!
Kindly double check the unique welcome code we sent to your registered email. Our welcome code is a 10% off your first purchase. Please note that it has a validity of 30 days. Lastly, discount codes do not apply to sale items and Gift Cards.  

Am I able to stack my discount codes?
No, you may only enter one discount code at check out. You may however stack your discount codes together with your store credits or Gift Card.

Can discount codes be applied on shipping fees? 
No.

BULK ORDERS & CORPORATE GIVEWAYS

Can you help me with my bulk requirements? 
Sure! You can check out some samples of our work here or on our Instagram feed.

What is considered bulk? 
15 or more sets of packing cubes. Get in touch with us via hello@spacetastictravels.com to get started. 

SALE

Are sale items eligible for returns or exchanges? 
All sale items purchased from spacetastictravels.com are not eligible for returns nor exchanges. Sale items however are part of our Spacetastic Guarantee

Can I apply a discount code on sale items? 
Unfortunately, discount codes are not applicable on sale items. You may however use your rewards points, gift cards, and vouchers for your sale purchases.

Can I apply a discount code on Gift Cards? 
Discount codes do not apply to Gift Cards.

Can I use my Gift Card on sale items and during sale season?
Yes, you can! Our gift cards can be used for both sale items and during sale season.

STORE

Do you have physical stores?  
We have no physical stores nor stockists at the moment. We do join local pop-ups every now and then. Sign up for our email newsletters and follow us on Facebook and Instagram to get the latest updates on where we may be.
